My unique practice caters to the ever-evolving human spirit, as I create for each client a personalized, transformative, Mind, Body,
Soul healing experience!
My "Light Touch Reiki" approach gracefully integrates relaxing, soothing breathwork and simple guided meditation, complemented by gentle Reiki touch.
This practice helps to clear
neuro and energetic centers within the body, opening up new pathways for health and wellness to flourish!
My greatest passion is helping others create a healthy, sustainable, mental atmosphere by applying the skills of self-regulation and self-empowerment, resulting in clarity, peace and whole Mind, Body, Soul restoration!
* Preparing for Your Reiki Healing Experience:
I invite each recipient to come with an open mind and heart and come just as you are.
1. Please provide a clean, quiet, ambient setting, free from exterior disturbances as much as possible.
2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, no or minimal jewelry and be sure to be properly hydrated.
3. Pets should be secured in alternative areas as to relieve the recipient of any distractions.
4. The choice space will provide enough room for me to walk around the Reiki table with ease during the session.
5. Window treatments will be drawn to buffer outside energies and light.
6. I request all phones and media be silenced.

Location: TBD by group leader.
Each guest is encouraged to bring a mat, blanket and pillow, if desired, to create a pesonalized, comfortable space.
All other supplies needed for the experience are provided by me!

Distance Reiki Healing
Book Now!Single Session:
60 min - $80
A Zoom link and session details will be provided in email and scheduled phone call prior to session.
Location:
Recipient experiences this session in the comfort of their own home.
Distance Reiki is equally as powerful as in-person Reiki. Reiki Healing Energy does not require time and space in order to be affective. Distance Reiki also offers a productive alternative to hands-on healing and can often be a better alternative than light touch Reiki in some cases.
